After 40 years of canning chili sauce in her home kitchen, President and CEO Nancy Kam’s family sauce has made it into more than 1,400 Kroger stores across the nation. This 100-year family tradition has evolved into the much sought-after American foodie dream come true. Launching in 2014 at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, her artisan based company swiftly moved into national status, which is even hard for larger food producers to accomplish. Nancy proclaims, “Chili sauce is a comfort food that brings me back to my childhood. Someday we plan to help feed America’s poverty-stricken children.
