Mrs. Salem is an immigration expert and Managing Shareholder of Gonzalez Olivieri, LLC law firm. She earned her JD degree from the Interamerican University School of Law, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She ranked in the top 10 students of her law school and graduated magna cum laude. Mrs. Salem is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and she is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, ABA and AILA. She is well-versed in all aspects of immigration. She recently won several groundbreaking asylum cases, defending victims of religious persecution and human exploitation, and many other victories, both before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She has received notoriety for her innovative litigation and appellate victories.
