Kimberly DeLape is the Co-Founder, Partner and CEO of Island Living Resorts, the holding company of multiple resort development companies in Panama City, Panama. She uses her businesses as a catalyst to drive her philanthropic efforts which is demonstrated in her latest program: the inoculation of 16,500 children through a UNICEF program she underwrote in the archipelagos of Bocas Del Toro, Panama, to continue for the next three years. As CEO of Emerald Monkey, the first development project in Panama, Kimberly’s passions have merged, resulting in her board membership in UNICEF, one of the most effective charities making a global difference for children in need. Kimberly is dedicated to serving the Houston community and currently is the President of the Friends Guild Board for The Children’s Assessment Center and is on the Houston Ballet Foundation Board of Trustees and co-chaired the Houston Ballet Ball this year. Her husband, Frank, and their three children support and assist her in many of her endeavors. Their family is guided by Christ-centered principles, and they are active members in Lakewood Church.
