MAEVE PASQUERA
Although still in her mid-30s, Maeve Pasquera has been in Houston’s restaurant industry for 18 years. She was a student of the Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management; and Tony Vallone selected her to be General Manager at Anthony’s when she was only 21. In 2002, she joined Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar as only the second female Operating Partner in the Fleming’s group. Maeve is committed to the community and makes frequent charitable donations and underwrites numerous charitable events in and outside of the restaurant. Each February, she co-chairs a Rose Ribbon Foundation event. She has also partnered with the Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation, Houston Symphony, Pin Oak Charity Horse Show, Houston Grand Opera, March of Dimes and the Houston Food Bank. Maeve and husband, Luis, have four boys and expect their fifth next month.
