LINDA MCREYNOLDS
Linda McReynolds credits her fund-raising success to her parent’s life-long example of community responsibility and the countless committee members who have served with her. The diversity of her work extends to the boards of the Junior League, Museum of Fine Arts, Bayou Bend Collection, Houston Ear Research Foundation, University of Texas Health Science Center, Salvation Army, Houston Symphony, Museum of Health, Susan G. Komen, Texas Children’s Hospital and the Houston Zoological Society. Linda has chaired some of Houston’s most unique events including the Houston Police Officers Memorial Monument, 100th Birthday Celebration of Miss Ima Hogg, State of Texas Sesquicentennial Celebration at the San Jacinto Monument where 250,000 people attended, along with Amfar Concerts and Rice University Concerts.

Linda, I have a beautiful daughter named Linda McReynolds. She has been a lawyer in Washington. She now is director of development for an organization that serves the poor.
I direct Visionquests for Joy International. I also serve little but faithful First Christian Church in Weeping Water, Nebraska as pastor. Our church started to close this year. We ned $40,000 plus to fix our roof and fix old wiring in the church since its building 90 years ago.
I believe if we had $5,000 for an advertising campaign, we would survive.
We just need people to know about us. http://www.forministry.com/USNEUMETCVFJVF is our web page. I use Facebook, internet newsletter–free things–to try to talk to the world. Norman Vincent Peale anointed me as “minister of joy to the world.” My book, Passionate Joy: Building a Wealth of Joy in a World Starved for Love” gves the essence of my spiritual interpretation of joy.
As you are a Scotch-Irish family kin, I know you have spead joy and happiness to this world. Dr. James Evans McReynolds, minister of joy to the world!
