As managing partner, John Osha’s practice involves acquiring and enforcing intellectual property on a worldwide basis. Fluent in several languages, John is also active in IP licensing and strategic portfolio management. John holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

Dr. Chyau Liang
Dr. Chyau Liang’s practice is focused on patent prosecution and litigation in the fields of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Fluent in Chinese, Chyau received his Ph.D. in chemistry from Brown University and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
