Heather Nguyen has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. Nguyen specializes in leasing shopping centers and sales of investment properties.  Nguyen also represents national and local clients in their real estate expansion and relocation needs.  She has experience in tenant and landlord representation and works with her clients to customize an expansion strategy that fits the client’s goals.

Nguyen was selected as Overall Top Producer and Top Retail Broker at NewQuest Properties. Her work has also earned her the title of “Heavy Hitter” by Houston Business Journal.  Nguyen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center and Board Member of Commercial Gateway.

Nguyen partners with Rebecca Le and represents clients including HEB Grocery , Kroger Company, 99 Ranch Market, CBL Development, Texas Emergency Care, Yogurtland and many local retailers, restaurants, and medical and dental clients.  Nguyen’s career is built upon providing the best representation and service to her clients.
