Nicholas A. Fiore II, MD, FACS | Cy-Fair Hand & Wrist Surgical Associates, PA
Dr. Fiore is double board certified in surgery and surgery of the hand. He initially developed his interest in hand surgery while wrestling for the Duke University Blue Devils. Fracturing his wrist, he never took the ability to perform simple tasks for granted again. This interest persisted during medical school at Ross University and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. After completing residency, he underwent additional training at the ACGME accredited hand surgery fellowship of Baylor College of medicine.
“50 years ago it might have been ok to see a general doctor for a hand issue, but not today. The anatomy and treatment of the hand is so complex. If hand surgery is not your focus, it is difficult to keep up with current treatments. “
Dr. Fiore’s practice is devoted solely to surgery of the upper extremity with a focus on the hand and wrist. Conditions treated include, but are not limited to, carpal or cubital tunnel, trauma (fractures, nerve or tendon injuries), Dupuytren’s contracture, and arthritis of the hand. He is ‘in network’ for most private insurance and offers early office hour appointments for your convenience.
