Heather is a Director and has broad experience in the Construction/Surety and Litigation sections of Coats Rose. Heather’s practice includes all aspects of construction law, as well as general commercial litigation.

Heather was recently named a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Monthly magazine (2006-2010). She was named a “Top Professional on the Fast Track” and “Top Lawyer” in Houston’s H Texas magazine (2010 and 2011), and was also featured on American Airline’s In Flight Radio network as one of America’s Most Influential Women.

Heather is also listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in American Law.
