Offering free consultations, Dr. Sumpter often spends 45 minutes or more with an initial consultation. The Winds of Change office emphasizes a relaxed, compassionate approach to cosmetic surgery.

Sumpter’s credentials include board certifications and being a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. She has full plastic and general surgery privileges at two northwest Houston hospitals and a certified ambulatory surgery center.
