Douglas R. Thurman, MD is a graduate of the University of Texas, Houston.  He is a Board Certified Specialist in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine with over 20 years of excellent patient care.  After spending some time in Dallas as an attending physician at Baylor University Medical Center, he joined “Digestive and Liver Disease Consultants, PA.” in North Houston.  He has been providing patient care with compassion and  superb clinical knowledge.  He sees patients with all gastroenterology disorders and is recognized for biliary/pancreatic disease endoscopy.  He was recently recognized with the “Patients Choice” award by Health.com.
