Dr. Alexandra Garcia was given a gift of perspective. “There are a lot of people who really suffer,” she says, “you have to be aware of every little sign of what’s going on.” This insight into detail came from her early work with M.D. Anderson cancer patients and has aided in the treatment of a broad spectrum of dental and oral health issues since. She completed training in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and still provides special care for dental patients who are in remission and being treated for head and neck cancers.

Dr. Garcia set up her own practice to focus on aesthetics and bite functionality by Investing in technology. Housing its own lab, her office fabricates porcelain crowns, bridges, and dentures, providing more overall control with exceptional quality. After nearly 12 years, Dr. Alexandra Garcia is focused on prosthodontics, a specialty recognized by the American Dental Association, which requires a three-year graduate program. She now specializes in aesthetic restoration and teeth replacement, making her an expert in beautiful-looking smiles that have optimum function.

Dr. Garcia pays close attention to the dynamics of a smile and the preservation of a healthy mouth. She performs tooth replacement, smile makeovers, implant crowns and bridges, implant-supported dentures, porcelain crowns and cosmetic dentistry, which also incorporates the ZOOM!® Whitening system.
