Steve Waldman, Board Certified - Personal Injury Trial Law
With over 29 years experience, Steve Waldman believes in hard work, integrity, and knowledge of the law. He fights for his clients but knows that being an effective lawyer requires more. “My responsibilities are to advocate, negotiate and educate. We advocate by preparing for trial from the first client interview. Cases are often settled before trial, so knowing how to negotiate with insurance companies and defense lawyers is critical. Finally, I educate my clients on the issues so they can make informed decisions.”

Steve has also learned the importance of compassion. “Litigation is a difficult burden for someone coping with a life-altering injury or the death of a loved one. My staff and I endeavor to ease our clients’ path through this process.”

The goal of every lawsuit is to recover the maximum amount of money damages, and Steve has a track record of success. However, the best interests of the lawsuit do not always match the best interests of the client. Simply put, Steve looks at the “big picture” and always puts the client before the case.

Steve Waldman is respected by clients and adversaries alike. “When a lawyer I have opposed, or a client I previously represented refers a friend, I appreciate their trust, and I try to continue to earn it.”
