My philosophy of practicing dentistry has been to provide the utmost quality of care to my patients,” says Dr. Sanjeev K. Gopalakrishnan. He also says that the high cost of dental treatment is one of the main reasons why people avoid dental care. “We make dentistry affordable in our practice, we accept most insurance as well as Medicaid.”

Bella Dental at Mason is a full service general and cosmetic practice with a special emphasis on the elderly and the underserved in the community. “Our staff is highly trained and fully competent to make your dental visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible,” he says. “In addition to general and cosmetic services, we also provide sedation dentistry including the use of IV sedation.”

“Cosmetic dentistry means improving somebody’s smile through dental procedures and even though it is an expensive option, we have been able to keep our costs relatively low for our patients since all our work is done exclusively by a single master technician instead of big generic labs.” Bella Dental passes on these savings to
its patients.

Dr. Gopalakrishnan holds a master’s degree in public health from Tulane University and an advanced dental public health degree from the University of Texas. His general practice residency was served at St.Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma. He was a part-time attending for the Memorial Hermann hospital general practice residency program, and still holds hospital privileges at Memorial-Hermann to take care of immuno-compromised patients.
Dr. Gopalakrishnan is also involved in charitable organizations that work in developing countries to provide monetary and dental supplies to the needy.
