Attorney Robert Painter attended medical school, with a full U.S. Army scholarship.  In his second year, he switched his career into health law.  He served as an Army hospital administrator for two years before starting law school.  Robert practiced law for six years at a mega-firm, where he defended doctors and hospitals.

Since founding Painter Law Firm in 2006, Robert only represents victims of medical malpractice.  He said, “I know what hospitals, doctors and big companies do to fight off people with legitimate cases. At Painter Law Firm, we use that know-how to combat for our clients every day.”

Attorney Taunya Painter joined the practice in 2008, after a distinguished career as director of international trade at the headquarters Wal-Mart Stores, and previously as legislative counsel in the U.S. Senate. Taunya uses her corporate insights to pursue justice for the firm’s medical malpractice clients, and also handles a variety of business matters.
