Civil cases range from divorces, will contest, toxic exposure, Jones Act claims, toxic tort, and products liability. Jerry Patchen was awarded the distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award by the State Bar of Texas for his tireless pro bono efforts on behalf of the first Americans, American Indians.
