Michael Essmyer served in the United States Air Force and taught classes at Texas Christian University before entering the legal profession in 1980. Michael has litigated cases from administrative and trial courts through the United States Supreme Court. He has been lead counsel in highly publicized cases, including suits against Larry Flint’s Hustler Magazine, the City of Houston, and American Medical International, Inc. Michael has represented companies, unions, individuals and corporations.
Frank Daniel is a direct descendant of Texas General Sam Houston (great-great-great-great Grandfather), Governor Price Daniel (Grandfather) and Speaker of the House Price Daniel Jr. (Father). Frank’s hero in life is his Mother and along with his wife, has been blessed with two children, who are appropriately named “Liberty” and “Justice.” Frank has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict and attained many favorable settlements and judgments on behalf of his clients.
