What a treat to eat at Mark’s.  And, to eat at Mark’s for $35…. Seriously fabulous!

Soup du Jour

Hearth Roasted Flying Point Oysters
Topped with a ragout of jumbo crabmeat, shrimp and roasted leeks in a truffle aioli vinaigrette

Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras
With arugula, goat cheese & riesling almond oil vinaigrette

Mascarpone Flan
With roasted asparagus, crispy beech mushrooms, arugula and a tangerine oil vinaigrette

2nd
Chicken
Hearth roasted Bryan Farms chicken, house made chicken sausage, mississippi style grits, ratatouille, summer vegetables and a natural sauce

Beef
Seared tenderloin of beef with field mushrooms, roasted squash, crispy sweet “tater tots”, served with a spiced Cabernet Sauvignon sauce

Salmon
Roasted scottish salmon with crab & shrimp risotto, spiced cauliflower, asparation and a Sherry prawn sauce

Duck
Fire roasted breast of muscovy, duck confit, wild rice & golden jewel rice, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries

Trio Entree
