Target® is celebrating its redesigned beauty department with a free makeover event at local stores. On October 8 and 9, Target beauty design partner Napoleon Perdis and NP Set beauty experts will take over Houston-area Target parking lots with a pop-up makeover station to provide guests touch-ups, tips, and to showcase new products. There will also be giveaways and instant special offers.
