Owners Kurt and Treca Craig started this restaurant after running Luling City Market for 15 years. Fans of the restaurant enjoy the meaty ribs and quality service. The Central Texas-style, mustard-based sauce may not be for everyone, but one can’t argue with the homemade sausage, jalapeno links or an atmosphere that’s just right.
