As a Board Certified nephrologist, Freemu Varghese, MD, has been treating Houstonians suffering from complicated hypertension, kidney diseases and complicated medical conditions for more than 20 years. With a practice built not only on experience and expertise, in internal medicine and nephrology, but also on compassion for his patients, Dr. Varghese reaches out to the Houston Medical community by working with nursing homes and outpatient wound care. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Nephrology, Dr. Varghese is also a clinical instructor at Baylor College of Medicine; the Medical Director for Quality Dialysis, Inc; and the Clinical Manager for Renal Access Clinic of Houston, an interventional nephrology practice. He has also served on the Harris County Medical Society Board.
