Dr. Rainwater holds the esteemed distinction of being a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain, Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain and Fellow of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.
In 2012, Dr. Rainwater received the Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry, one of the profession’s most distinguished honors awarded to less than 2 percent of dentists in the U.S. and Canada.
